Lori Elmlinger, is a dedicated litigation assistant at Connell Michael, LLP, known for her sharp analytical skills, clinical insight, and unwavering support in both personal injury and education law matters. With a strong foundation in the medical and healthcare fields, Lori brings valuable clinical training and a deep understanding of complex medical issues that directly enhance her work on serious injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.
Lori plays an active and hands-on role in the firm’s Personal Injury Division, where she supports attorneys in every stage of litigation. From investigating claims and organizing detailed medical records to preparing evidence and assisting at trial, Lori is deeply involved in building strong, fact-driven cases that achieve meaningful results for clients. Her medical background equips her to understand and interpret injury patterns, treatment plans, and long-term care needs—critical factors in high-value personal injury litigation.
In addition to her personal injury work, Lori is also an integral part of our Education Law Division, where she works on behalf of children with disabilities and their families. She provides critical support on matters involving school-based abuse, special education disputes, and systemic failures by public and private institutions. Lori also assists with legislative and government affairs, contributing to advocacy efforts aimed at improving protections for vulnerable students across the state.
