Michelle McGuire is an experienced attorney in education law, concentrating on the Education Law Division for over 15 years. She is licensed in Indiana and Ohio, providing representation for families in Ohio in various education law matters. Her experience includes special education due process, Section 504, student expulsion, Section 1983 and federal litigation.

Michelle obtained her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at Bowling Green State University. In 2003, she was licensed to practice law and admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Based in Olmsted Falls, Ohio, Michelle collaborates with Connell Michael Kerr, LLP, to serve clients across the state of Ohio.
