About
Caitlin Wilkinson focuses her practice primarily on education and personal injury law, representing students and parents in a wide range of matters involving special education, accommodations, and access to educational opportunities. With a foundation in civil litigation, she brings strategic advocacy and a solutions-oriented approach to resolving complex disputes both inside and outside the courtroom.
Before pursuing a legal career, Caitlin spent five years as a public-school teacher in Indianapolis. This firsthand classroom experience provides a meaningful perspective when advocating for students and families, allowing her to understand the practical realities of school systems while effectively challenging decisions that impact her clients’ educational experiences.
Caitlin earned their J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2024. She is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Caitlin is dedicated to helping parents and students navigate the education system with confidence, providing clear guidance, responsive communication, and strong, client-centered representation.
